Applications have opened to participate in the Young Adult Stewards Program for the General Assembly of the National Council of Churches, USA and Church World Service.

An exciting opportunity for young adult ecumenical formation and leader development, the Young Adult Stewards Program offers young people (ages 18-30) first hand experience of the deliberations, worship and rich fellowship which are hallmarks of the biennial General Assembly. This year will be particularly special as the assembly will be a part of a larger Ecumenical Centennial Gathering. All travel, room and board are covered. This year's assembly will be November 9-11 in New Orleans. Ten young adults will be selected to serve as stewards for this year's assembly. The deadline is September 10th. Visit the Jobs and Opportunities section to download an application.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for assisting us in making these opportunities available to as many young adults as possible. With gratitude, I am

Yours in Christian unity,
