Graymoor Ecumenical and Interreligious Institute 2009: Formation for Leadership
Beginning on Sunday evening May 17th and ending mid-day
Wednesday, May 20th, 2009, the Ecumenical Institute provides
instruction on the history, theory and practice of the ecumenical
movment for newly ordained clergy, new staff in ecumenical and
interreligious organizations, recently appointed ecumenical
representatives and interested lay leaders. Each day features
morning and evening prayer, lectures from course leaders, small
group study, group discussion and fellowship. Presented in
partnership with the Massachusetts Council of Churches, Paulist
Office for Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations and the Sisters of
Our Lady of Sion.

Student Christian Movement of Canada National Conference-"Shine in 2009!"
The Student Christian Movement of Canada's national conference is to be held this year (May 3-10) in Toronto. The SCM Canada received a $100,000 grant from the Liberty-Hill Fund to run a 4-year campaign entitled Queer and Christian Without Contradiction. SCM Canada is currently in the third year of the campaign and a focus of the campaign is a conference on the title theme. Registration for the conference is due by March 31. Additionally, the spring edition of the SCM 'zine "All Things New" is currently accepting submissions on the conference theme, as well as other pieces relating to spirituality and justice. The deadline is March 6.

World Student Christian Federation North American Regional Meeting, "Raising new prophets, Arising of a Movement"
"Raising new prophets, Arising of a Movement", a conference and consultation marking the launch of the newly re-established North American Region of the Federation. The conference will take place in San Francisco from January 30 to February 1, 2009.
Christian Churches Together Third Annual Meeting
On Tuesday evening, January 13, 110 representatives from 36 participating churches and 7 participating organizations will gather in Baltimore for the Third Annual Meeting, 25 seminarians and young adults will participate on Wednesday, January 14.
